This morning unrelenting assault procced it 5 times, once for each hit. Edit: Just checked again, there is no ICD on either unrelenting assault or from rune of the mad king. It was so you couldnt do this:https://i.imgur.com/pMv7aQx.jpgBefore you could endlessly spam elite and summon, and when recasted, it would reset the animation allowing you to have an entire warband of Charr.
