zombiedissonance.5806
So far this whole weekend of the 1st-3rd, I've been in the Crystal Oasis completing hearts and then logging and the logging on the next day, only to find that my recently completed hearts are incomplete. At first I thought that I was crazy but it has occurred multiple times with different hearts on this map.
Nokomis.5076
This is on purpose. The same happens in HoT. The heart quest reset each day, they are repeatable. You might want to save doing them until you want to make the map completion.
Zeivu.3615
Nokomis is right. It is done so you can keep getting rewards. It was really popular in the LW season three, so it was added as a feature in this expansion.

castlemanic.3198
Map completion progress is saved the first time you do the hearts, so there's no need to redo them when trying to map complete. Personally tested this myself, the bar only progresses the first time you complete it, not at any other time, and i've finished map completion by heart with only one heart completed that day.The rewards are a good reason to redo them, however. Inculpatus cedo.9234
If you look closely on the map, you can tell which Renown Hearts have been completed previously (on that character). Those will have an 'infinity' symbol at the bottom; those never completed will not.Good luck.
