Why won't Dwarven Forge work for me?

I collected all the pieces necessary for the Stonespite Cleaver. I then bought a superior sigil of severance to go with the collection. But when I try to interact with the forge it does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say maybe some screenshots showing all the items in your inventory and that your at the right spot to forge would help

The Dwarven Forge was basically in the same large building and had a Djinn-guy at a hero challenge at it as well. If you went to a mystic forge, you're at the wrong place.

There were also more than one weapon you could pick up pieces for (there was a staff and maybe something else too). Double check that your Stonespite cleaver achievement is full, except for the Forge-part. You don't need the items in your bag or bank and you can consume them for some karma before going to the forge.
