I run something similar to that but with MH axe and Nature Magic instead of Skirmishing--just a bit more boon oriented at the cost of some ferocity.  

 

That or I run immob Druid causes people LOVE those 😄.

for extra meme bloodlust > hydromancy for 250 power on LB
you are also overcapped on crit ( 106% ) when hitting from sides or back, move assassin pieces into berserker.
you could also switch cleansing sigil on lb to lightning on crit thingy, dmg would go up by 10-15% from that lul
- is stacking bloodlust every time you die 😕

My CC in wvw is at 100.4% with minor wvw bloodlust buff (with fury and spotter), I need the crits to be there always so at most I’ll swap a few infusions. The sigils are non negotiable. Cleansing is a must. Bloodlust sigil is not as important as the quickness. Hydro hits 2-5K depending on armor of target. 
 

also lightning sigil can proc with hunters shot which means you lose stealth
