Fix collections with Arah and others!

sitting in game for 3 days and not one time is the High Wizard up at the nexus at steps of arah for my HOPE collection. This is absurd...undead need to be more vicious or update it where Karka swim over to destroy everything and let the wizard take over!

The Legendary Risen High Wizard appears at the Defense event as well, allowing you to complete the collection without the Gates of Arah falling to the Risen.
Yep. I believe this isn’t the only Orr event that functions this way for the collections.
