Terrier.8732
Wondering if anyone from ANET can answer this?If you spend a lot of time in Armistice Bastion, crafting, checking TP, inventory clean-up etc.. does it count towards your server's WvW population hours? Vova.2640
unlikely. When I use my gobler in armistice i get pve buffs that I never get in wvw since anet disabled them for wvw. that leads me to believe that armistice is not part of wvw.But then again this anet so who knows.. Illconceived Was Na.9781
Does your participation tick down in AB? That's probably a reliable check.(Although always worth asking; there could be two different "flags" that need to be checked.)
Justine.6351
lol people are scratching for any excuse to blame on their server getting rofl stomped."maybe pvers afking in armistice bastion is causing us to get low population link ! "
crepuscular.9047
nah, i doubt, it's a paid area alternative to obsidian sanctum where your participation doesnt deteriorate; which anet could easily done to obsidian sanctum, but wants your money
Dawdler.8521
Do people even need to stay afk in bastion? They stay plenty of afk on regular instances.I mean often the server will have the numbers but is utterly incapable of bringing them to bear on the enemy. You can call out 2-3 enemies trying to cap a tower, you try to defend it for 5 minutes and no one comes. Giving up on that you head to the nearby camp thats running out on timer and there are 15 green dots just oogling the invoulnerable supervisor. Its like a pirateship about to open its gunports, except when you try it you find that all gunports are glued shut for some mysterious reason while the crew is down in the hold huffing glue and going "waaaaaaah...?" every time you ask them what the kitten they are doing.
