Is not used in pve/pvp/wvw. I suggest some qol changes to increase its potency.
Signet of Vampirism(Heal Skill):
Currently it gives passive of heal on getting hit and an active effect of base heal + putting 25stacks of Vampiric mark on target foe that heal anyone who strikes the given foe and the stacks decrement one by one.
The problem is that the stacks are on foe that can be wasted by someone on already full hp during big events. Another problem is that if the mob die too fast the stacks could not be used by us and in general necromancers can rarely hit mob or a player in pvp/wvw 25times during the period the stacks last, again wasting the potential of the skill.
The changes i propose are: Instead of putting a mark on enemy, 10 allies in 360 radius of the user gains a unique buff that lets them heal for the same amount the mark would've healed them per stack for a certain period of time, when they attack. Basically it will act the same as a mark rn but the mark is now a buff on allies and not dependant on foe.
This will make the healing be equally distributed among group and not a single player can waste all 25 stacks. This will also remove the problem of foe dying too early and wasting the potential heal.
Obviously healing and stacks can be balanced accordingly. What do you guys think?
