I have a friend who pretty much only has full use of 1 hand, he not only raids but doesn’t often fail mechanics and does decent dps on his condi warrior. He will never be a top tier warrior like you see in raid guilds but he is maybe 2-3k dps off what many other warriors are doing in these try hard videos I see with arc up. Now I understand that for some people they do have limitations on how well they can do, however most people have trouble with raids not because the raids themselves are hard but because they lack the will or the drive to actually sit down, watch what they did wrong, own up to what they did wrong and work to improve it. I’ve seen people who are not what I would class as stupid (they have degrees) fail mechanics and perform a lot worse than my one handed friend, they have no physical disability and they’re clearly intelligent enough to comprehend what’s happening, it’s a lack of focus that is the issue.

I have these visuall bugs maybe 1 times in 100 games. Dont know why some people seems to have it every match! These season the only thing kills me are facetanking people 2 scrouges in teamfight by doing 0 damage and ofc downstate quicker than i can travel from close to mid. (player issue, whos just facetanking scrouges) I have them most nights, it's generally not so bad in WvW as it doesn't often happen on the enemy but it is very common to have a few of us running around with a visual bug each. What is worse in WvW is when everything becomes invisible which is linked to the amount of time you spend on a map, in PvP you're rarely there for 15mins so a lot of visuals get refreshed. However for me the most common bugs are full counter and mace block on guard which will usually be bugged after 10-20 uses, seems some skills are just prone to visual bugs.

It’s not just full counter it's many skills in the game, you can get guards constantly breathing fire, with the mace block up, mesmers with....stuff around them, I'll be honest I have no idea what it is but we called it the guys final form. https://imgur.com/a/UJ07L

I do not like the decision to make the adoption licenses random, one thing I always liked about Guild Wars 2 was if there was a skin I liked from the gem store I could buy that one skin I wanted without getting a load of ones I did not want. The thing I find even more surprising is the pricing on the 30 skins is 3 times more than the expansion which implemented mounts cost. I would love to buy 1 skin for each mount but if you want me to do the random chance lottery at getting it then Arena Net can **** right off and I make no apology for the tone because that is how much I despise paying money for a chance at getting something I want.

I remember the last guy that salt whispered me was some mithril condi mirage on Jade Sea I think, told him to go back to EotM. He came back with a couple of spellbreakers and a ranger to kill me, shame they sucked as much as him and all died while his attention was squarely focused on me. They wiped, I laughed, he probably cried as he went to Kessix hills according to my block list. Just block and move on OP.

Rifle, pistol or torch I would think are the only real options left. I doubt they will give a weapon which already has a conjure as you can get them all as skins so people wouldn’t be able to tell if you were running offhand shield or earth shield! You can get the ice bow skin for both longbow and short bow so it rules both of them out at the same time. They’d have to drastically change the way conjures looked to enable ele to use GS which would be my preferred option otherwise.
