  1. Killed once and it still didn't count, then second spawn the timer was at 10seconds
  2. Same here, had done 100% before and now completed the new part and didn't get a reward.
  3. In regards to Warrior weapons. Since we're looking at Greatsword can 100b please not be a channel anymore, it just feels dated and bland to be locked in place for so long. I'm so glad to see some Spellbreaker love, the dagger/trait changes are nice to see. What would also help is looking over the utility skills and Winds of Disenchantment which I suspect are hardly used in pve.
  4. You're absolutely right. If banners didn't exist Warrior would never be seen in group content in their current form. In my opinion, Anet was very comfortable with the banners status quo and made elite specs that didn't really push any barriers or concepts. However the specs that came out did address specific needs. The way I see it is we have 4 variants of Warrior ... 1) Core: it's a warrior 2) Berserker: Core with the risk/reward pumped up. Give up armor for more damage 3) Spellbreaker: It's a WvW/PvP spec. It's actually really fun in PvE (If you find the rare enemies with boons on them) 4) Bladesworn: Opposite of Berserker, instead of spamming recklessly its a tactical one hit. If you look at the 4 specs from a PvE group content point of view you can literally put zerk gear, banners, axe & axe/pistol on any of them and its the same thing at the end of the day. None of the elite specs changed the Warrior role, it just changed how you do damage in that role. My concern with the upcoming summer update is that Warrior is going to get a banner rework and that'll be it till the next xpac at which point we'll get a proper support warrior (with spear or javelin pls kthx). Another concern is that the banner buffs will be changed to boons and then we'll just be completely left out cause other classes can do more boons and more damage. Though I'm also excited to see Anet listened and is working on it and very excited to read the patch notes this summer. General Changes needed imo -Elite shout - group stab/stun break would be awesome and there's room for it in the game. -Greatsword & Hammer refreshed -Spellbreaker Dagger damage buffed in PvE only -Warrior needs a way to get more crit chance. (Something like rev/guard traits for +fury effectiveness) -Fast Hands baseline (*reads notes from 8 years ago) -A trait that removes weakness on burst skill -Fierce as Fire needs to be reworked, now you just spam the gunsaber skills to get the buff. -Utility skills have for the most part been terrible in all the elite specs. They need help urgently. -Signets, leaving a signet passive should never be the best option. -Banners ... burn them!
  5. I'm so excited by this news! It's so nice to know that you guys are committed to the game. I'm also super excited to see where the new living story and eventual expansion will take us in Tyria. Also, genuinely thrilled that skill balancing (specifically a Warrior rework) is coming. I'm sure you guys will come up with awesome features and places so I'll just mention two points that i think need some refreshing. 1) UI: It's become a bit of a jungle, everything from menu's, the boon and buff bar to the LFG has just gotten very dated and bloated with new features. I'm sure it's a monumental task but I feel for the new player and vet's it is desperately needed. 2) Visual Clutter: Boss fights you just cant see what the heck is going on. I still have PTSD from doing Temple of Dwayna back in the day.
  6. Just tried it for the first time and the pre events are verrrry long, it's a huge time commitment. In terms of concept overall its AB, TD and DS all merged into one. Which is really cool! However, the final fight on top feels a bit like headless chicken running back and forth and the timer is very unforgiving.
  7. I've played around with a couple builds now and it just feels lackluster overall. I say a couple builds but lets be honest there is no versatility in this spec, it is what it is. The spec is just meant to hit that big number but the rest feels terrible and pointless and doesn't fit in any content. Gunsaber: it has the burst and the rest of the attacks are lackluster and hit like a wet noodle. Pistol: Warrior really didn't need another close range weapon and it doesn't feel like it adds anything to the "bladesworn" concept. Flow: Takes forever to build up, in open world it's pointless, i could just auto attack the enemy and it'll be dead loooong before i've built up enough flow. Utilities: Flow Stabilizer is simply a must have which is annoying for group content because it means all our utilities are decided before even starting (ie banners). Elite: Was way better in beta 1 It feels like a mess of concepts, there's gunsaber, ammunition, flow and then random utilities thrown in. Like we have to generate flow to load ammunition? wtf is that? Flow takes so long to build up I may as well just kill the enemies with auto attacks. The spec doesn't feel like it's good in any game mode. Overall as a Warrior main since GW1, I just want something new and interesting for Warrior, this is the same old banner warrior with a slow burst instead of a bunch of little ones (Berserker). The class has so much potential and it's eternal purpose in the game is to carry banners. It's sad and it's been going on for far too long. Also: let us sheath the gunsaber ... pls While we're here we may as well list some of the other issues with warrior. Rifle is terrible Hammer is terrible Swords are terrible fast hands baseline no real ranged options adrenaline loss is horrible Spellbreaker utilities are literal garbage
  8. Essentially, if we ignore the gem store drama (which is really hard to do). We had PvE, WvW, PvP traits autosaved. Now we have 3 templates, so it’s the same. Though now we have 1 extra equipment tab per character. Which is nice, extra storage is always great. But we lost the convenience of saved and auto load traits when you map into the respective zones. It just seems like a step backwards. We should be able to set defaults for wvw and pvp. That when you map in they autoload. (crazy idea right? guess where i got it from?! this crazy place called yesterday) Also the builds saving every change automatically is kinda annoying. If i load my saved build and change 1 skill because i'm fighting a random mob that needs more cc or something. Now every time i load it up again its changed the skill. It should just load the template, not use it actively, if i want to change the template i should be able to modify the template itself. They should be two different entities. thats my thoughts though /shrug
  9. Killed 60-70 enemies in thunderhead peaks on deadeye and didn't get achievement. Seems bugged.
  10. ~~With #2 worked no problem, #3 seems to be bugged and wont progress. Tried it a bunch of different ways and different maps. Also having any indication of the progress would be nice for example if you're 1/5 etc. ~~ Edit: It worked in the thunderhead keep area with the weapon equipped.
