Got kicked because of defending the Mesmer profession? jeez. Some people in these days are really frightening. I understand they don't like the class, but driving someone out from the discord is too much.

Abysmal class?Trash class? Deleting Mesmer and Thief from the game?Removing stealth? I hope they won't do as you wish, tarnished one.

At first, I didn't enjoy fighting any Harbingers(whether power or condi) when EoD patch approached. I didn't comprehend its mechanics nor its abilities at all. Some time later, I imagined the Harbinger as the Sandwraith from Prince of Persia: Warrior Within.
No more complaints about it. No more suffering. I don't mind fighting the Harbinger any longer - whether win and go on or lose and embrace death.

I do not know, if it has changed since then, because I don't do the meta anymore atm.
Just to clarify: I do not think it is toxic if groups for challenging content like high end fractals or raids ask for some kill proof or requirements in LFG. Thats OK.
But blaming and shaming, bullying, calling names and insulting is definitely not OK for me. That I have witnessed. Not once but a several times after/at a fail.
Can I consider jumping on and laughing at someone who is dying as an insult? I have seen these absurd actions from some of the players in the game more and more often than I used to.

League of Legends? It has been a very while to see someone say it. Well, I haven't even stepped back into it since a time of eternity. The game itself is cool but many players in there aren't. After all, toxicity is everywhere if it is about an online game. Nothing more and nothing less.

I will keep on playing the Core specializations (as usual) despite the Heart of Thorns Elite ones, Path of Fire Elite ones and even the End of Dragons Elite ones.

Confusion, Bleeding, Poison, Torment, Burning, Fear(if equipped with Terror - Necromancer's additional damage)= Main Condition Damage. The other conditions that aren't related to Condition Damage are optional and situational to cleanse.

Whatever game one plays, there are always these absurd people in everywhere. I used to run away from them many times. Now? I just don't give anything to them in return and go on my campaigns as usual(And of course, I play the game whenever I feel alright to it). Let them eat their very preciously crafted insults or anything negative themselves. Running from a problem never solves it. I have been there and done that.

You mean making the shroud of Necromancer profession become the way of the Adrenaline bar of Warrior profession works - when one is out of combat, it is reset to 0?

If one can get used to the nature of stealth in the game, I believe one will be able to deal with a foe in the shadow eventually. It takes the long, continuous exercise to detect where the opponent can possibly stay, what he intends to use as an incoming attack and when he decides to do so. Providing that one can overcome such a nuisance, the trapper runes will be natural in one's eyes.

Came over to this game from WoW, was excited to get into PvP as it is my favorite game mode in WoW. I managed to worm my way into plat 1 this first season playing a combination of condi mirage and nade holo. So far the only thing keeping me from continuing to play is the terrible, terrible community. Every game had people complaining, throwing, accusing other people of being trash, and I got more rage whispers when I made mistakes or died than I care to remember.
Was fun GW2, but I don't think I, or many new players, will be sticking around while the community behaves like this. I know it isn't all players, but after toughing it out for a solid few months, and adding ample people to my blocked list I am putting the game down and returning to WoW.
Shoutout to my guild, and the PvE community though, because they were awesome, just unfortunately not a game mode I enjoy.
No need to give any value to such futile actions from them , which aren't related to helpful advices. Vengeful whispers, insulting by sending a mail, which is full of meaningless words - I would rather abandon all of them, put them into the abyss, carry on what I desire to succeed and go along with people who have positive energies than wasting time on them and sinking into the endless cycle of suffering.

No. None. I desire to come to the Free-for-all Arena for practicing my skills most of the time as Sword/Dagger Core thief - it is the only place I can improve myself before going into World versus World gamemode. In some times, I feel a bit upset to see some people in the so-called PvP gamemode thinking that I am a hacker or cheater with this build.
Does Anet hate Mesmers?
