  2. Hmm. I was around for when Teq came out and am full aware of what it was like those first few weeks as teams learned how to do it. I am not sure if your intention is to try to show off how long ya been playing but we can play that game of who is more qualified if ya want. Maps like DE or even triple trouble lot of the issue with those was entire map had to be organized or was failing. Teq was a solid medium where was some mechanics but wasn't all or nothing. Mechanics were spread out vs all stack on boss like DE and while difficult got to a spot where it was completeable and not bang your head on the wall organizing for an hour+.
  3. i wouldnt mind some updates personally. I feel likeTeq when it was redone originally was a great middle ground of challanging content a map worked together on but not necessarily to the extreme DE ended up being.
  4. I am making an Asuran and naming it Michael Phelps; getting +50 swim infusin and swimming laps in Bay. Good luck catching me!
  5. Mr Fancy pants using a lvl 40 rare. Rest of us using the lvl 1 normal ones!

  7. i would really like this QOL change. it is pretty rough having people sit there slowly processing stuff. I get it if other aspects in the game had this; this just feels like an unnecssary thing. Reminds me of when we had to pay to repair armor and then just repair armor and now "eh why did we do this lets just remove all together"
  8. pretty sure 99% of the suggestions were better. Clearly an anet Dev went to EBG and this was their experience: 1. got knocked off a Ram at SMC. 2. then went to a camp and there was no supply 3.went back to SMC to see the gate 100% and was unhappy it was fully repaired 4.built a balli to clear the cannon up top but lost to the player on the cannon 5.went north to kill a doly but their allies were faster and killed it before it could tag the doly for supply 6. Logged out and made balance changes
  9. well... ya made changes so ya didn't lie..... not sure i get the thought process for most of it but ya weren't lieing.... sides the weekly achieve for 8 gold; thats cool.
  10. This has been a pretty contentious topic of convo for a while now. Reality is i don't see much great value in making separate achieves for each set. You don't need 3 sets of heavy legendary armor. I would like to see them make it any none weapon legendary item including back pieces etc.

Yeah; the reality is the people who are unhappy with making EOTM relevalent; also the ones who upset Mag can spawn camp, unhappy there population imbalance, unhappy servers open or close, unhappy people sit in SMC, unhappy no fights in SMC, unhappy about everything. I do agree it was a great way to show peeps the ropes and also able to fight diff peeps once your matchup was decided by like Tues/Wed and groups were bored of being in that same matchup.
  14. Making EOTM relevant I'd vote for. By Sunday matches typically boring anyhow. Be nice to fight other group combinations
  15. Tbh I could see people take that more seriously than wvw now. Go in for that skirmish where it all set at new to start. Wvw skirmishes don't really reset anything in their current way on EBG/ alpine. Honestly don't see Harm in anet trying something different. It isn't like winning in wvw matters or the amount of servers complaining is ending anytime soon.
  16. Maybe it's so I can find those people to launch off the cliffs. Maybe it cause i love the beauty of EOTM. Maybe it cause i want to finish the achieves and my guild wont go there if no pips 😮

  18. yeah everytime i look it sanctum sprint or crab toss. Just feels like a weird miss to make it rotation vs just 24/7 avail. Literally everything else in game is available daily so guilds/players can play it the day they want to vs the odd rotations.
  19. Just my perspective but feels like the mini games like : Keg Brawl Southsun Survival Crab Toss Be available daily vs the rotation system. Keg brawl for example only available once a week which is kinda tough for groups to make and it could be a really fun mini game for guilds. Also the achieves were built for daily availability not once a week so also something there to stare down. I would prefer just make it available daily to allow guilds/players to play when they want vs just once a week.
