  1. Replaying SotO on new character and it crashed when transitioning to "Hell Breaks Loose" and when I try to resume the story instance after crash.
  2. Mech should become untargetable once it has been defeated. It currently clutters targeting from 0 HP until it finishes blasting off.
  3. It would be nice to get more complete tags on items for searching such as "food", "utility", "trophy", "tier 5"/T5, etc...
  4. Thanks for the update. Since you're making modifications to the legacy system, is it a close enough system to add PvE map queues while you're at it?
  5. Pets should gain bonuses when unleashed that incentivize pet skill use while in that state and play into that “give and take” playstyle of swapping unleashed. Needs better (non-skill) pet controls/directions. It should at least keep the Attack My Target skill to lock a pet on a target and have it start auto attacking. It could just be a flip for the Return To Me skill. Pets need to be updated to be more consistent and benefit from boons properly. The newly exposed pet skills don’t count as beast skills which makes the distinction odd in the middle pet skill. It would be nice for bonus effects to go with additional exposed skills. Unleashing could count as a pet swap to help existing traits contribute to the elite spec builds. Do broken breakbars count as disabled without the additional stun? It would be annoying trying to remember which bosses get a disable on break and which don’t. Debilitating Blows trait seems fairly weak. Restorative Strikes trait should affect your pet as well.
  6. Single target support doesn’t make sense for GW2. It’s a party based game and should link the whole party with tether and scepter beam. It should also provide a reasonable amount of actual healing. The scepter beam is clunky to get right with the oddly functioning blink before it and hard to land on all targets unless they are tightly balled. Particularly when you will want to target the farthest but blink to them beforehand. Well of Tears and Well of Sorrow casts feel slow. Steal traits do nothing for allied targets. There is a lack of support traits in other trait lines that makes the elite spec feel isolated in options. A support bonus while revealed might be appropriate.

  8. Would it be possible to split the skill retargeting option for ground target AoEs and enemy targeted skills. Could we also get the old version of the Meteor Shower channel bar back so we can see when the skill actually starts.
  9. You can set hotkeys for mounts individually in keybind settings. You will still have to dismount to swap mounts though.
  10. I seem to be having issues posting in the right color when pasting text, a couple of posts it forced black text making it difficult to read in dark mode but one posted okay. This is with normal paste and paste as plain text (Chrome). The Ctrl->Right-click paste without formatting doesn't seem to work at all. There's also still some large white chunks like the first half of the page footer.
  11. The class just feels weak in general. There’s a lot of skill to using the mobility and speed of the class for little payoff, most of the power coming from core guard. Separating the effects of the flash combo would help it out, moving the strikes to a different skill and getting the guaranteed retreat is very important. The way it works now is clunky, removes combo opportunities, and you will almost never get all the strikes to connect in PvP settings. The traits aren’t great. The straight trade offs feel like you’re forced to pick a boring stat option rather than get some neat benefit out of a trait. Having an equal stat tradeoff also makes it seem like you’re not getting an actual buff that you’d expect from a trait either. (Thief’s Deadly Aim trait also has this issue, making it terrible in most situations) The rooting skills make the class feel clunky and at odds with the core design. Coupled with chaining effects (like blink into rooted strikes) really messes with the flow of the gameplay. The Elite could use a little more for the payoff and allowing it to stomp it’s primary target would make it feel awesome. The spec overall feels a little unfocused and doesn’t seem to match the provided lore in any real way. It also has very selfish support skills that don’t mesh with base Guard particularly well. I think it could use a tightening up on mechanics that support the playstyle and theme of the spec in a way that plays to Guard’s strengths and martial monk style.
  12. It is a very projectile heavy spec making it near useless in zerg settings and very easy to shut down in PvP in general. Other classes also have this issue but usually not to this degree. I think some way to mitigate this weakness would help those types of builds feeling completely useless in some situations. Potentially adding some way to ignore or mitigate projectile destruction/reflect would go a long way. It could be piercing skills only, maybe have them Aoe shatter on hitting a reflect/projectile destruction if the tech is there. The spec feels a little confused being long range skills with benefits for playing close range. I think it could use an offhand dagger as well that plays into the class’s theme with a gap closer and a way to generate blades. Something that plays off of stocked blades would also be neat. The Elite feels kind of weak, it’s a fire and forget that is very easy to avoid. I think it would feel stronger as a channeled skill originating from the player, that could be aimed during the channel as a kind of “kamehameha” (does the tech allow this?). Rooting it would probably feel too clunky but halving the movement speed could work. Changing the distort to a block on the F4 feels like it takes it a little too far from the base class in terms of consistency. The heal is very unreliable, there’s just too much that could shut it down for a heal skill. It’s particularly awful that it will go on cd if you try to cast it on a target behind you if you’re retreating or if your target moves through your hit box in melee.
  13. An offhand pistol would feel more thematic. Skills should play into the themes of the class with a movement skill and something that interacts with blight specifically. Elixirs are a little boring, they have very static effects that aren’t exciting which is okay for a couple but makes the spec seem “small”. Engis at least have toolbelt skills. Ideally they should do something more than basic effects and especially things that play into the class mechanics like Blight. Blight is also a little boring, balancing Blight level is just not using your coolest skills and there is no way to reduce or send Blight to actively control the effect. Harbinger has the potential for a neat and unique style of support but just doesn’t offer enough. Traited Elixirs should share all their effects and have higher uptime on important boons, like alacrity, if built for support. They don’t offer the active defenses, buffs, or healing that other support builds would to justify taking one. Having some way for Blight to interact with support would also help as there are options for power and condi damage in the traits but nothing to interact with support. Damage builds don’t really use enough of their kit to make it feel as compelling as others, getting better damage on skills like Shroud 3, an offhand weapon, and Elixirs would make the class feel more involved in PvE. The Shroud UI on the health bar covers the actual health of the Harbinger despite not protecting their health bar. Perhaps just changing the color of the health bar to indicate shroud would help or simply let the on character visuals take care of it. Blight interacts in extreme ways with some effects like the Frailty instability in Fractals, leaving you with absurdly low health. (Frailty also lowers the life force pool of necros, causing them to be disproportionately affected by it compared to other classes)
  14. Would love to have the ability to copy legendary equipment loadouts between characters. Could be either a chat code or build storage.
  15. A bit of a wish list dump (sorry): General Map Queues for PvE maps so players don’t have to spam join to get in. Grey out full maps in LFG. Allow players to buy Renown Heart completion with WvW currency or other. Add confirm/deny hotkeys for popup prompts (“y” or “n”) Add black outline/background on item/effect stack number for better visibility. Allow players to track achievement dailies separately so they can be viewed innately while tracking longer term achievements. Combat Fix red rings on effects that are neutral and will not damage players (e.g. reflected orbs on Fractal 99 Arkk). Fix neutral effects on dead enemies from becoming unblockable (e.g. We Bleed Fire on enemies that die before the effect goes off). Fix pulls on orbs (e.g. Keep Construct Core) so that the initial hit does push/interfere with the pull to make them more reliable. (e.g. Scorpion Wire on Keep Construct Core). Options to exclude passive creatures, neutral creatures, WvW walls from tab targeting. Option to ignore target for aiming while holding right-click/hotkey. (e.g. use movement skill away from target) Fractals Fix instability Vengeance so it no longer applies weakness to players when aegis and stability proc. Change instability Frailty so that it no longer disproportionally affects necros by reducing their life force pool. Show AoE timer effects to all party members, not just the player with mechanic (e.g. CM99 Anomaly timer for Corporeal Reassignment). Character Add weapon slots (like GW1) for each template so you can swap weapon setups without having to re-customize a legendary weapon from scratch. Add pet panel to see pet status for player or party (Pets, minions, spirits, summons, etc) Character select screen improvements: Search function (name, class, location, etc). More characters per page. Jump to end/beginning. Running food + buffs. Ability to Favorite characters. Items Portal Tome for portal scrolls and passes. Let it set a default for quick use on click, other options through the right click menu. Fix Candy Corn Gobbler so that it functions as a vendor. Frequent use item slots. A few slots available on hud for items like siege and other consumables so inventory doesn’t have to be open. Can add hotkeys for them. The guild bank should act like a normal bank to cut down on drag and drop. Allow players to move with the Bank Access Express open. A Noxious Pod home instance node. Fix deposit for Guild Hall Decoration items so they can be deposited in bulk. Ability to hide the drop notification queue on the side of screen. Add Bauble Bubbles to wallet. Add a faster option than typing out item name for valuable item deletion. The ability to search by number in material storage. (e.g. find full stacks) Sort Inventory option. Improved search categories/item tags (e.g. map currency like Blood Rubies, material tier/type, etc) Effect Bar Option to cull non-combat effects on bars for enemies/friends so boosters don’t obfuscate important effects like auras. A squad UI option that allows players to see boons/condis on squad members in other sub-squads. Crafting Craft top level item if all ingredients are available. Make Mystic Forge more like crafting stations with more control over recipes (e.g. choice between 1x or 10x for Tonic of Icebrood Corruption). Remove the need to double-click items to add them to Mystic Forge. Ability to collapse all categories in crafting menu so jumping to a specific category is easier. WvW (+PvP) Any guild with the highest supply capacity should be able to claim immediately so groups don’t have to wait to top off supply if the first guild in the queue doesn’t claim. Claim with any of player’s guilds without needing to swap rep. A Dragon Stand reward track with Crystalline Ore. A Silverwastes reward track with Bandit Crests and Silverwastes Shovels. An option to unlock all WvW masteries at once if high enough rank. Mounts A party mount that can carry additional players. Allow griffons and skyscales to use updrafts (increasing Skyscale height ceiling). Stop mount engage skills from going on interrupt cooldown if used in midair. Gem Store Add account wide versions for character unlocks (e.g. templates, bag slots, etc). P.S.: Bulleted lists don't seem to work...
  16. I'd like to see each equipment tab have a number of weapon loadouts like in GW1. Right now swapping legendary weapons that are in multiple templates dumps the runes and infusions.
  17. Does anyone know how epi works with the condi stack? Is it the oldest 25, newest 25, longest duration?
  18. It would be nice to have the option to buy Heart completion with Heroics. Not quite the same but we can already get Hero Points. It would make map completion more enjoyable for those who like the running around of world completion but want to skip the tedious busy work of Hearts they've done before.

  22. Not sure if this is the place to ask. Anet, would it be possible to add a 1500 range to rifle kneel (at least in pve) so we can check range to target before kneeling more easily? Nevermind, already a thing, lol.
  23. Anet, please stop removing achievements, it cheapens the achievement system when there are some that are forever out of your reach. I've said it before but bringing back season 1 content with Visions of the Past is the perfect time to reintroduce the old achievements that are currently unobtainable. Allow us to unlock them either the same way or a similar way (not sure if the tech is there but multiple ways to unlock an achievement, historically or new way, could fix it). I can't think of any good reason to lock out those achievements forever. While we're on it, why remove the latest offender (Nimble Onslaught) even if you could cheese the achievement the replacement fulfills the original challenge, you were okay leaving Greeted as Liberators in when there was an issue and it needed to be replaced. I honestly think the achievement system would be more compelling if there were no historic achievements.
  24. I'd like to see the Skyscale Hatchling Harvesting Tool back in the gemstore. I also think it would be great to have an account-wide purchase option for bag slots, build templates, and equipment templates. Not required but a small discount for previously purchased slots would be nice.
  25. I'm talking about the per character tabs, not the account wide build slots. For example, if you buy a tab you get an additional tab per character not just on one character.
