Some classes don’t size is messed up under Engineer they have Guardian as the same size as the Elite Specs under Engi instead of Guardian being large to show a break to another class, Same with Revenant under Ranger

looks like people just want free things without actually putting in the work and will whine to get them, so again as I said above many time jada jada as you put it but also as I said before… I’m pretty sure everyone understands that you aren’t losing any functionality with Legendary a runes and just want free legendary items for no effort as I stated before I’m pretty sure you said and I quote:

I used the terminology the person I responded to, or did you not understand that? They used that term, so nice try at a gotcha but core functionality is the function and functionality of the runes… some reading comprehension can go a long way just saying. and remember with runes the function and functionality are the same thing since you can’t use Legendary Runes for any other thing than what they do.

The 6th rune bonus functionality ie the bonus functionality is moving but the functionality of superior Runes providing 6 bonuses is not going away or being moved they will still have 6 total bonuses . So please answer the questions I posed in the comment you replied to. the runes aren’t losing their functionality #6/6bonsusesstillexist

Functionality of runes aren’t changing the functionality is to be slotted into armor and provide 6 tier bonuses… so after this change are Superior Runes not still being able to be slotted into armor and provide 6 tier bonuses? I’m pretty sure they are

I can concede it could be seen as two functions since you can straight up just un slot them from the armor and not just swap to another Superior Rune. but the function and functionality are closely tied together and the same thing since you can’t use the Legendary Runes for anything else besides their function.

How many times have I said in my responses to you that the function of the armor in your misrepresentation of the situation wouldn’t change? And when will you understand what that means? and again with you trying to come up with even more misrepresentations of the situation 🤡 You’re reaching pretty hard.

You don’t even know if the future Rune stat will be 125 that information wasn’t provide they said they would provide a stat that completes the set, not the number that it provides, so again using the Trooper Rune example the bonuses are different and you won’t be able to make the exact build using trooper runes and trooper relic…. Until we know what the actual number of the stats they will provide us.

Access to the Superior Runes is the only function, without Superior Runes Legendary Runes wouldn’t function. It doesn’t matter what the bonuses the Superior Runes have Legendary Runes still keep their Sole function.

Function isn’t arguable, Legendary Runes only provide 1 function, to freely swap between all available Superior Runes in game, if there weren’t Superior Runes in Game Legendary Runes wouldn’t do anything…

No it’s not. Lmao Superior Runes aren’t losing their 6 bonuses they are staying at 6 bonuses, your example has Armor losing 2 stats and going to 1 stat, see how that’s not the same? I can help you understand how it’s not the same if you would like.

Again those bonuses aren’t the function of Legendary Runes… or is that too hard to understand? As Long as Legendary Runes can select the available Superior Runes at any given time freely they kept their sole purpose… yes a no use is being moved but that’s not the function of legendary runes

In your misrepresentation example of the situation they didn’t lose functionality, the function stays, in your example all Armor was balanced to just provide 1 stat. And again your example doesn’t represent the current situation where Superior Runes are still going to provide 6 bonuses not 5, not 3. But the same number of bonuses that they currently have. so please try to make examples representative of the actual discussion, and not trying to misrepresent it

No they aren’t losing a functionality again they still get 6 bonuses, Anet never said Superior Runes bonuses were going to stay the same forever and never said they would never make balance changes to the game.. superior runes still provide 6 bonuses while slotted into armor which is their function regardless of what their bonuses are. And legendary runes function is to swap between every Superior Rune available regardless of the superior runes bonuses

In your horribly misrepresentative example Legendary Armor would still have full access to all Armor stats that are available and you would still be able to freely select those…. So they kept that function…. Right? Since if all Armor in your example have only 1 stat and Legendary Armor in your Example can select those stats, that’s keeps it’s function hmmm please learn how to make an argument representative of the discussion at hand it may help you.

Again the functionality is only to swap between superior runes freely nothing more nothing less, and their feelings aren’t apart of that function.

Again that 6th rune bonus is a property of Superior Runes and the function of superior runes is providing set tier bonuses up to 6. the only function of Legendary Runes is being able to select and freely swap between whatever available Superior Runes are in game. guess what that function doesn’t change since superior runes providing 6 tier bonuses still exist…

And the purpose for which Legendary Runes was made is to freely swap between all available Superior Runes, that’s it. They are useful because of that function, and practical because that allows full access to all Superior Runes that are available in game…. So see you learned something and proved me right.

No that isn’t a function their want for a “rounded out build” isn’t a function of Legendary Runes. You clearly don’t know what the word function means and it shows. So do yourself a favor and learn what function means, it will help you understand the discussion in the thread.
