Its because Gw2 is a group focused game, theres public events, metas and map completions, you can help someone to do a quest and you will get xp or items in doing so so that creates a sense of community in the game that no other mmo has. Also, Welcome to the game and happy holydays!

The new crappy payment procesor now ask for either a credit card or a bank account to allow the payments to go through, so now I cant buy gems online.... I talked with 4 different support ppl and they all told me " add a credit card " wich I wont do.

Amazon wont sell me gem cards for some reason, the item "disapears" in checkout and the new payment processor is a pile of BRAHAM! that ask me for a credit card, I only want to support my favorite game but Im out of options.....

Anyone else thinks the healing animation on Charrs is uterly KITTEN? I hate that Charrs look like they are cowering in fear when they block instead of using a martial block for the healing animation, they could fix this just by placing both arms in a straight line like in the boxing defense instead of them crossing their arms.

I cant find the option to remove the payment information anymore and Support told me that It seems we need to log into paypal and add a secondary payment option for this to work, either a credit card or a bank account wich is competely stupid since Im using paypall to AVOID doing that.... Im dissapointed...

It is a stupid answer... Its such a let down, Arenanet managed to made me not want to spend money on his game with this...

Title cant purchase gems with paypal because I get that everytime, like an infinite loop that wont allow me continue to paypal for a checkout, last time I bought gems was on September 21 with no issues at all.

Same issue, Trying to pay with paypal takes me to a window that ask me to add a credit card to continue paying with paypal.

Title, Since a week ago im having lag problems, long load times and disconnections, (even with all the video options set in "performance") like 3 or 4 everytime I log in. I didnt change anything configuration wise, I even reseted router to check if it was a problem on my side but all the other online games works just fine and im not using a vpn and the game is on the approbed apps list on firewall. Im desperate since I want to play because im 50 Li away from my full legendary set 😛

If you are using arcdps delete the d3d9.dll inside Guild Wars 2\bin64 that fixed it for me.

Also the skill fall on your head so its amazingly easy to dodge.

Anet seriously, whats with the crappy animation of Reverse of fortune heal on Charrs, instead of doing a cool blocking animation like humans it looks like Charrs cowers in fear, cmon!
