Hello! I have reached 437 cooking on my asura. The wiki says Sous-Chef Seimur Oxbone should therefor appear in my home instance and contact me to make him a platter. However he hasn't contacted me and he is not in my home instance. Any help?

Thank you. I already have 9 characters leveled by hand so I was thinking of using the boost for a change. I'm leaning toward power herald, it's supposed to be easy and good, I was just thinking that perhaps mecha would be even more easy mode since you have a pet tank? I'm researching a lot and I keep going back and forth between the two and as a returner its hard to judge which info is outdated and which isn't. Perhaps I'll boost one and level the other by hand. Not sure yet.

Heyo! I've recently returned and I have a lvl 80 boost from the expansion to use. I am interested in both classes as I've never played them before. However I can't decide on which one. For Herald I am a big fan of the GS/Staff set up but Mechanist tickles my fancy, too! 1) Which is better in open world content? 2) With which will I have an easier time doing all story and living world content? 3) Which is more wanted in fractals? 4) Which is better as a new main? 5) Which of the two is overall easier? I want to focus fully on this char, do all story, map completion and even make my own legendary weapon for it. Which of the two will take me farther? Thank you in advance!

Well there is videos out there of speed runs that take 8-12 hours. So it can be done insanely fast even without tomes of knowedge/writs.

Hello! I am in a bit of a bind. I want to make a new character and have only dabbled into all the stories here and there. With EOD dropping tomorrow I was wondering, once I hit 80, should I go straight to the new story and stuff while it's hot or should I take my time and do all the stories before it? I kind of want to do things in order but I am a bit fearful that once I reach EOD (however long that may take!) it's not hot and new anymore. I do kind of want to tackle the content while there's lots of other players doing the same. What would be the best course of action? Please and thank you!

Thank you all for the replies and no, I am not trolling. Last time I played there was no legendary armory so I was shocked when I tried to unequip my legendary and found it gone. I will update my ticket, thank you again.

I just opened a support ticket but was wondering if perhaps this has happened to anyone before. I had my bank tab open and my character tab (H) and I dragged Nevermore from my equipped weapon spot to my inventory. Instead of Nevermore ending up in my inventory, I only received the sigils that were attached to it and the Infusions. Nevermore is gone. I searched the bank, inventory, sold items and gw2 efficiency but it's entirely gone from my account. I'm hoping so hard that it can be replaced because I spent a lot of time getting it. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Hello! I haven't played gw2 in a long while but am now returning and wondering which build is the best to go for in terms of solo play. I have researched and found so many that I am left confuzzled. I mainly want to do the living world and open world farm relatively relaxed and then perhaps some fractals. If you could point me towards the best build for my needs I'd be really thankful. OP @Kanimae.1735 , try both builds and see which plays more naturally (and more fun) for you. what you can do is create both an engineer and a warrior get both to level 2 and hop on the PvP lobby, from there you can set them both to the builds (you get insta-scaled to 80 in pvp and the pvp lobby) you mentioned and you can test the said builds on the dummy golems in the lobby. see how either plays for you and then decide. this goes for any builds the other have linked here as well. try them all out. this is one way to preview a class/build to see if it's a match for your playstyle Oh!!!! That is perfect! I thought I would have to level up each class (and then realize its not for me and so on). Thank you so much for that advice, I really appreciate it!

Hello! I'm newish and was prowling youtube for class builds. End of story is that I found so many appealing builds but now I can't decide.I'm mostly doing open world, story and living story.Which class/build is the most efficient (and preferably easiest!) at them?If you could link to a build with skills and things that'd be terrific. Also what do you think of these two builds? and I just want to have a good time getting 100% exploration and doing all the stories and living stories!!!
