I rather Arenanet know "I like how this is done so I will buy it if I like it" while "I think this set up is stupid, ridiculous, expensive, unfair, evil, makes baby Yahshua cry, etc so I will not give you any service on this." Not saying those that decide to flat out not give them a penny no more until this is changed of course is wrong. Those were up earlier before the patch that came up about 20 minutes ago, dude. I saw them this morning. ONLY if there's an option to "keep it the same for everyone" option and it's not the main set up that I have to always change it for every character until I get it right.I already hate going to PvP maps when I need to at times as it always changes to the default PvP set up when I go in there for the 1st time on a character and pisses me off.

Well, I went and checked as I was busy earlier so I didn't see the moment it was changed.Seeing that they updated the Gem Store and it's still the same, it is safe to say this won't get changed at all.Oh well.

The Widding attire/chef outfits are 10 skins (!!!) and also cost half of that SINGLE skin..... get my point? I don't know about the wedding at all as I never looked at it except once, but isn't the Chef the same on everyone except Sylvari?I recall Sylvari looking like they found a pile of old wet brown paper bags and just shove them all over their body because, "Oh Grenth I'm naked" or something and needed to be covered. I would say "hate to be that guy", but I actually enjoy this: Grenth is a human god. A Sylvari probably wouldn't say that. ¯_(ツ)_/¯How about "Oh Grateful Dead, I'm naked." I think that would work perfectly with the aspect of Sylvari.

I don't know about you, but 400 gems right now is a little less than 112 gold.The gold I spent to get the Griffon the 3rd or 4th day after PoF came out, I still haven't gotten back yet. Yeah that's 250 gold and not 112, but I will assume for most people getting over 100 gold isn't that easy.Not for me at the very least.

Are you talking about the 1st half that when they think a certain group of people, just because of their race or where they come from, they placed them in isolation places as they deemed them a possible problem during the war(s)?If so, I have some family that dealt with that.

You can buy them on the TP. Being able to do the same with these skins might have averted a lot of backlash. A rare skin would have been 1k+, the gem equivalent of... 5 mounts.Don't get blinded by this gold/gem thing. Also being able to sell means no more guaranteed new skin... making it worse actually.Which goes back go the whole argument of "We should've been able to buy the ones we wanted in the 1st place".

Not supporting the guilds for kicking people as I wouldn't like myself to get kicked from one (I was kicked from one once because I was inactive for like 3 months... which was pretty much when I got in the guild... played a bit... wasn't around for Halloween or the rest of the year until January and was kicked. I did get back into the same guild recently, though).But I can also see why they're doing. Once again, not supporting the kicking, but I can see them doing it as, "I don't want people associated with ruining this game for everyone by being selfish and buying into this scheme which down the line will not only hurt us but those that bought into it as they will do even worse practices down the line to just see how far down the hole they can go until the community as a whole goes down. I don't think it's hurting their cause either though.In fact, it looks kind of back on Arenanet's part I would say.I'm considered a newbie to this game with how long I've been playing, but from the little time I've been on? From the thousands of random people I've bumped into? I don't think even 10% of my encounters online in this game been bad. People been caring, helpful, giving advice, porting people, making HP trains, helping people with missions or quests or reviving or whatever. The community as a whole (to each other) been wonderful.The only time I saw filth is when I go into the PvP lobby when I'm going for PvP Kills for the daily or the few times I've been in WvW and... yeah... but I will blame PvP as a whole for that as I usually consider PvP not nice in general as they're competing with everyone but their mother it seems.EITHER WAY, THOUGH.... if this whole situation is kind of making conflict start happening within the game between players, while yes it's the kicker's fault... I'm still going to have to blame Arenanet partially too.None of any of this would happen. Guys guys guys. Hold out for just another 15 hours. Just wait a bit.If you check the [News] Gemstore items: new/returned/sales's topic, it say certain items/sales ending in 24 hours. Any time items disappear or removed, it means the gem store will be updated. Simply wait and see if maybe it will be changed/addressed/altered by then. Chances are it won't... but that's like the last real chance of seeing if they will change this or not.

NO. I've started threads on this issue, and left countless replies to the effect that 'NO, GW2 is NOT REWARDING!' And it's the number one thing killing the game for me right now. It took me about six months to completely max out two characters. And now, I don't have a kitten thing to do. When people talk about "fashion wars," I want to reach through my monitor and slap the stupid out of them. SKINS AND DYES ARE UTTERLY MEANINGLESS! Why would anybody subject themselves to a year of stomach-acid, learning to raid... just to pop out, on the other side, exactly the same as they started? Or... once you've bought your ad infinitum, and endless mist's omnipotion... why would you bother running fractals with terrible PUGs for relics you have nothing to spend on?? THIS GAME IS NOT REWARDING!!! And people who would LOVE to keep playing are quitting because of it. I have nothing that I want in this game. And I'm sorry, I'm not going to play it for the "joy" of the animations, or the absurd, horribly-acted story. IF people are truly not just vocal and speaking with their wallet and deciding not to fund anything on the gem store anymore and even taking a break from the game and going elsewhere?I think the "black until it rots away" could be the perfect analogy. I'm not one of those people though, as I'm still bloody waiting for my kitten Jungle Explorer Outfit. But so help me Grenth if they somehow made a RNG outfit item or something that I have to spend 400 gems to RNG to get that outfit when every other outfit that they made so far I don't like at all (except partially the Pirate Outfit), then I'm completely out.
