Best Builds

Hello all,

 

Just wondered what you think is the best or 'meta' build for mesmers atm for raids/fractals and also open world meta events etc.

Good build for raids can be found on Snow Crows, however they are very hard to master because the rotation is not easy (unless you play staff mirage I guess but it's situationnal).

For pvp you can look at metabattle but there aren't really a meta build for mesmer right now in pvp. It can be good but it's not the strongest that you can get.

There are 3 builds

1. Power chronomancer

2. Condition mirage

3. Alacrity condition mirage

All are fine for every pve content. U can find the builds at sc site. Only power chrono if you want fractals get it from dt site, cause u get extra precision from potions in fractals.

For OW tagging(like Lab) the best build is Mirage 2 gs SoI zerk/div mix (to get 100% swiftness)

 

Best "meta" build refer to what Stavos said but remember that not all 3 of those builds are viable for all content. You really either want another class you can swap to or at least be able to swap between power and condi on a Mesmer if you wana be able to cover any fractal/raid. Other good builds exsist for niche things like Towers, Tanking and things outside raid/fractals. But those are the main ones. If you are only able to gear for one Mesmer setup and want to do fractals and raids and arent interested in other classes I would say go Power Chrono, but it has a steeper than average learning curve that is more punishing as you learn with little added benefit at the end of it.
