Depends on how they implemented it to weather it'd be riot on. If it was done in a unique fashion it'd be fine. If permanant then yeah. 

But there's no reason we couldn't have a unique mechanic to make abilities unblockable via activitely preventing the enemy blocking the ability 

I.E. we get a unique debuff that we can apply in Windows of opportunity to Garuntee our damage. 

I'm obviously not saying just make them auto unblockable they may aswell not be projectiles at that point.
