Revert Changes to Harbinger Please

As Title states, please revert. These changes have pulled the class in the wrong direction.

 

The changes made to make Blight feel more interactive are just not what the class needs.

 

If you wish to have some form of interaction, allow us to please remove and add blight as we desire.

 

Simple solutions for this is to allow skills/elixirs to be used when in Shroud, as lets face it shroud offers NOTHING now without the Passive regen, the extra damage from blight is pitiful when you still have to sacrifice so much HP.

 

If you want shroud to interact with the class a bit more, possible interactions with shroud could be that whilst in Harbinger Shroud Elixirs grant Blight to self (Still 5 or 10 on Elite) and Conditions to foes whilst in shroud and whilst out of Harbinger shroud Blight is removed (5 again and 10 on Elite) and Boons are granted on use. The Conditions applied could be the polar opposite of the boons applied when used out of shroud, similar to boon corruption.

 

Make the skill cooldowns global, so once used Elixirs are not available in and out of shroud and must wait for their original cooldown to finish. This would at least allow some form of Hybrid play which I feel is what the class has been geared towards. View the shroud like the Stance skills on the Revenant, Harbinger Shroud is aggressive DPS (Demon Stance) and Normal Stance is a (Hybrid Dwarf/Dragon)

 

Elixir Of Ambition may be a touch oppressive as it would obviously apply every condition at once, however, you could change it so that it applies 12 conditions over 6 seconds (interval 1/2 sec per condition) around you.

 

Boon Condition
Aegis Burning (1 stack, 3 s)
Alacrity Chilled (3 s)
Fury Blinded (5 s)
Might Weakness (5 s)
Protection Vulnerability (3 stacks, 8 s)
Quickness Slow (3 s)
Regeneration Poisoned (6s)
Resistance Chilled (3 s)
Resolution Confusion (3 stacks, 5 s)
Stability Fear (1 s)
Swiftness Crippled (10 s)
Vigor Bleeding (2 stacks, 8 s)

 

Just my take on it, the initial iteration of the elite class wasn't too far away, people will disagree naturally. Just don't feel this is the way to go currently.

What if it was similar to how revs work? i know its a nec and not a rev but i really like  the stances  where you change for extra utility.And balance the new nec around doing that? would love. that. Or they could take some inspiration extra from engineers?  we see something already similar so having fast acting stuff thats useful since  engies have loads of slots and tons of stuff.

Utilities in shroud should have been there, beta day 1, for Harbinger. I understand Death/Reaper shroud not allowing them (despite numerous people wanting them), but Harbinger doesn't give you a second health bar or anything. It's not like it can't be allowed mechanically either. Holosmith has a similar setup and can use their utilities whilst in photonforge.
