Condi Berserker should be regarded as a template for a well balanced condition build. The stacks it applies are almost perfect for the cast times and range metrics it has. Honestly, what is a game that has ever removed DoTs in multiplayer ? In all my years of playing games since the 90s, I've never seen such a large-scale nerf happen, especially in an MMO.
