[SAB] Mega Bombs should be moved to slot 3, keep Mini Bombs as 2

It's annoying that Mega Bombs replace 2 and not go in 3 instead.
You get used to using 2 for mini bombs, and rarely need mega bomb.
You should move Mega Bomb to slot 3 while bombs are equipped.
Or at least offer a way to turn Mega Bomb off.

Now I got used to just press 3 to activate bombs, and keep using 3 to throw the "meaningful" bombs.

Only ever place a large bomb when speedrunning a boss fight.
Mega bomb is quite a mega fail item otherwise 😄

Well it took them 2 years, but they finally listened to me and just changed Mega Bomb to be free and on a 30s cooldown.  I'm very happy with this change. Thanks for listening ANET.

Same issue with the newly added bow. The slingshot should have been kept in slot 2.
