Scepter Fire Auto attack

You might should look at the Ele Scepter autoattack, the burn might be questionable with arcane and fire
tho, even on power builds in hurts quite alot

If both traits would procc on the same hit thats literally a single 260 burntick.....   they have a 33% chance with 3 and 5 seconds ICD.....    investing 2 traits with that outcome....   Yeah they really have to look into this. /s   The dps from those 2 traits is hot garbage and you need to sacrifice 2 valueable other traits to take those....  They are also not proccing offcooldown.. not even close... and their dps output is lower than 100 damage/second, IF THEY WOULD PROCC PERFECTLY.   So we are speaking something like 70-80 damage per second !!!at best!!! thru investing 2 traits.....  idk if thats worth it.

It does 1 stack of burn on the first hit and 1 stack on the afterhit of the aoe that spawns under you after your hit from the initial AA.  If you keep moving, you can avoid the second hit. The second hit is applying the major part of the strikedamage and burn.   First hit is 1 stack for 1,5 second and second hit is 1 stack for 2,5 seconds.

Its not supposed to be a "L2P" post. But walking constantly while he AA´s will let you avoid the second hit with ease. If you just keep holding a movement button, the dps from the Fire AA isnt even 50% of what it is when your standing still.

They should look into this. The burn seems to be a bit on the weak side and might need to be adjusted upward.
