What is the fastest way to acquire exotic stat-selectable weapons?

For celestial gear, the fastest way is probably buying lvl 80 booster, pretty sure every class gets celestial exotics now.

If the real focus here isn't on "stat selectable", but just celestial, you can craft them or buy from tp for ~10 gold. At least in case of mace and short bows, it's ~40 silver (https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Shiverstone /  https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Stardust ).

I think buying them from TP is the fastest way (when possible).

Same for the ascended version of celestial weapons, but you can't buy any of these via TP (ascended weapons are always account bound):

There exist a few standalone-weapons (as @Sobx.1758 pointed out) with celestial stats and a few stat-select weapons which can both be bought from TP. But for the rest, your best/cheapest option would be to either craft the Celestial Pearl weapons yourself or buy them from TP. Here is a list of all weapons and which ones are imo the cheapest/easiest to acquire:

Mace - Shiverstone (celestial - TP only)

Note: Before I get any confused-reactions, I already had this list. I get this request quite often recently. Thanks to the free celestial gear-set from the level 80 boosts and the growing number of viable celestial-sets. We have plenty of old players returning and plenty of new players who use the level boosts and want to play with those characters. And there are also a lot of regular players, like @hatebreeder.8316,  who want to run celestial builds.

All items (Armor and Weapons) are provided with the Celestial prefix, with trinkets utilizing the equivalent Exquisite Charged Quartz Jewel upgrade.
