Heal Skill cannot be changed on utility bar

After the latest patch you cannot change the Heal Skill (#6) using the utility bar. You must go to the hero panel to do it.

Game code is fascinatingly complex. I am trying to imagine what kind of change would have this effect. And why only on the heal skill slot.

Also, Iove that the GW2 patch system will allow for a fix today is they have one. Most other games I play we'd wait a week minimum even if they know how to fix it immediately. 😁

I cant switch between saved builds in account build menu. No error, simply does nothing. 

EDIT: Changing healing skill and using builds works but only while transformed (kodan or olmakhan tonic).

I have another bug with the the revenant heal-skill on the legend ventari, if i want to pull the tablet to another position then the tablet sinks into the ground.
