I made a mistake. It was tracking. I was assuming the status bar in the Wizard's Vault would update with each kill, and of course it doesn't, it just goes from 0 to 1 when you kill 100. I went to the Artisan of Arms achievement and saw I already had 31 kills. When I hit 100 kills I did get the reward. So for me (Mesmer/Rifle) it does work. Sorry for the confusion. I got the "Tier one of an Artisian of Arms achiefment" > on tier 2 now but the Wizard's vault special is not ticking of ...... So disappointed with Anet recently, from the lukewarm expansion, new release schedule, bugged events. After years I'm terrified about the game's future.
