Please Quit Making Random Changes

Used to be when I logged in, my chat would be set to whatever I left it as.  Now it is reset by default to say.  What is the point of this?  One more annoyance to add to the stack of playability issues?  It would be nice if the busywork folks actually concentrated on beneficial stuff, and not inhibitors and weird quirks.

For what it's worth, mine isn't doing that at all. It stays on whatever chat I used last.

Same for me, so I instead of random change, I think it's a bug?

@Spook.5847do you, by any chance, leave your character chat setting at /party or /squad option? Because those do reset (obviously, since the next time you log in that party/squad no longer exists).

It is doing that on my alt account, too. Not on my main account, though.
