It says so right in the tooltip.Also, don't be so confused by the numbers. Yes, 10 is less than 32... but look at these recipes. Something that cost 4 Pristines now costs 20 Snowflakes (yes, 20 is also more than 4, keep reading). Even at 10:1, that's 50% LESS than the original.
