I have an alternate suggestion. Instead of giving ascended items NO resale value, give them a realistic resale value. If you still sell it by accident, you should get enough gold to make a replacement. Then you'd have the option of selling ascended items you no longer want for a worthwhile amount..

Or just make asscended tradeable. If you can sell it on the tp its not likely to be sitting in your inventory waiting to be accidentally sold to an npc.
