I did a ton of legendary bounties (got contract killer) and multiple champion bounties to get the recipe for the coat and it wouldn't drop for me. So used up all 800 of my trade contracts on cache of the traveler which may contain the coat recipe and still didn't get it ... a week later Elisa is selling the fucking thing! I don't see any reason to take this to Anet as I doubt they will 1. refund my trade contracts or 2. send me the recipe ... but after running around again after more trade contracts to get my 500 needed ...
