With various reward tracks in various game modes and alternate ways to acquire clovers there is no reason now a days that you should be doing that. Save your coins for things that require the coins as the currency and you will end up with stacks of them. Again these should have had value in 2012, these should be something that people should be happy to get. If anything they are still undervalued. Side example, for many years they were considered a trash loot item in black lion chests and a complete waste of a key.
