Maul.. You got spiked by a Soulbeast. It can happen. The attack has a fairly obvious telegraph, so just dodge (learn to use your 'v' key).

The chance is not pvp, because I have it, so there is no chance when you are in 1x1, a player reaches double your hp. there is no notion and I had never taken this damage, I even received it until 11-15 + 33 k never

Did you watch the twitch clip above? He was out of stealth and [Maul] is that HUGE ARSE BEAR that leaps forward onto you. When you see that HUGE ARSE BEAR, press 'v' and you'll live.

Yup, not uncommon with 1HKO ranger. Exists in sPvP, too. I've been hit for 25k+ a few times there as well.

Balance is that joke word that the devs throw around every couple of months that has no meaning whatsoever. Whether or not you can dodge a skill is irrelevant, no skill should ever do that kind of damage, ever, period.

is the kill of spvp or wvw, i have been there to death, in the data of spvp and wvw, have experience in the last year. it is not direct damage that gives you insists mate! , it is easier to criticize the dodge, but what is wrong is the damage.

What is your toughness were you running a valk build or something. WvW you need armor rating and to play as a team with group buffs and synchronized movements.

Looks to be solo roaming as a necro.

I have a print, where in a fight with my guardian, I with 3100 in armor I took 11 + 11 followed .... the game is very dull like that. woodly and maul.

Ah not a fan celestial on necro myself but decent survivability anyways. Must have been marked or had vulnerability stacks or both for 32k. Not really a problem once your back with a group doing big backline damage.

If you watch the video you can see he had no vuln stacks or anything it was just a soulbeast using a 1 shot build
