So would you say "late" is different between Singapore and California? If you say yes, then how do we define an exact time frame for everyone on the planet, in different time zones, to agree on that it's "late"?

well depending on what timezone youre in, be it eu/na/ocx/sea, it prob means past their primetime and getting close to bedtime (anywhere form 8-12pm or so idk).late by definition isn't exact, so...
