Idk why the quality of rifle skins is so inconsistent or rather, why there are only a handful of rifles with actual scopes. I want the class to feel more like its a sniper class. The whole appeal of the cursed flintlock for me is the scope but I just skimmed the wiki and it seems like the only rifles with scopes are the Predator and it's precursor and some BL rifle skins. So it's a grind or a paywall. There are a few skins that are easy to find that have scopes but more often than not, like the cursed flintlock, they're ugly.

I guess I should add that the devoted rifle and timekeeper could have been purchased with BL tickets but I think now you have to drop probably around 70-125 gold to get them on the TP.

Yes. Depending on the one you want you also need to have the correct guild hall. You need Lost Precipice for Shimmering and Gilded Hollow for Tenebrous otherwise you will have to do it very slowly via the Guild Trader. Also need to do guild missions to get commendations to buy the guild weapons which are also soulbound on acquire so make sure you buy then on the correct crafter.
