Cant get this final kill. Playing Necro and attacking critters and low levels with skill 5. Still cant get to 100/100

They changed how the skill works and it is not a warhorn skill anymore since then, literally.

they changed it from inflicting damage to siphoning health

It's still a warhorn skill; it just no longer gives kill credit for warhorns, because "siphoning health" isn't treated by the game as a damage mechanic.

Consequently: it's easier to progress the Warhorn achievement using other profs. If you need to, pretend that necros don't use warhorns (which is what the other posters were doing).
