KROW.2673 Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 I noticed on gw2.skills.net's Build Editor that they have a 20s ICD under Rune Of Tormenting's 6th effect, yet everywhere else I look everyone says it has no ICD, even the Wiki doesn't seem to state one. So is this just another classic case of the Build Editor being wrong, or was there a patch and the info hasn't been updated yet? I'd like to use these runes on my Revenant, but if they're no longer as good as they once were I'll just return to Elementalist Runes. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Eros.6801 Posted July 20, 2019 Share Posted July 20, 2019 The new Malyx rework let you heal alot with just one push of EtD plus torment rune, its a shame that UA is gone.
