Feature Request: the ability to turn on and turn of skill tool tips in the UI

http://i1214.photobucket.com/albums/cc492/wishwellwillowsong/edited-image.jpgI'd like to be able to go into the user interface and turn on and turn off the skill tool tip that appears when you mouse over a skill.I think it should be set to default "on" for beginners, but if someone is familiar with the skill, the tool tip just covers a large portion of the screen (see attached image).

Some people are clickers, even tho its not optimal in this kind of game at all.

I'll never get how is it easier to click a skill than to use a button. ?To each their own I guess

I'm a clicker and I feel you.

This feature has been requested several times - from the very beginning IIRC.However, the game developers, in their infinite wisdom, decided that adding a checkbox to give the player the "No ToolTips For God's Sake" choice is not worth the effort and that it's OK to have one third of your screen covered by popups.
