Please cap far for the love of Quaggans

I've watched countless thief streamers go far to decap and then leave without capping it.The experts call it smart rotation.Even legendary rank thieves do that.They decap far, then go home to +1 an immortal holo, take ages to force the holo off node, fail to kill the holo.And all this time that far node would have gotten them more points if they had bothered to cap it when they were there.

This meta is different!Damage is much lower!Players don't die that quickly from a +1!They don't even have to kite off node that much!Fights take a 100 years to end!

Please cap far when you're there instead of leaving after just a decap.Capping far will actually help your team win more points over the match.

decaping and leaving is safe value, if they fully cap and someone just comes close all their effort goes to waste since they cant contest 1v1 unless its some very specific enemy.

EDIT im not gonna subject myself to 1v1 prot holo as power mirage, ill decap and leave.

Ok while it’s true there are plenty of situations that decapping isn’t the best option, but it’s obviously slightly more optimal to decap much of the time- becuz decapping happens faster than capping so with high mobility it saves time to decap while it waste enemy times if they want to cap. It is a net gain in efficiency for this reason and that’s basically only reason average thief rotation is correct when they “just decap”
