The Ranger generally wants the pet to use the CC on demand. Pets always use the CC immediately after a swap. Brutal Charge for instance has a range of 350, but in order to use that effectively, you need to be inside that distance and swap to the pet, otherwise they generally just jump in some random direction. Swapping the pet is a fairly large telegraph, then the skill itself has a long cast and telegraph.People right now just completely ignore pets and then complain about them when they get CCd by an AI that when buffed with swiftness is not even capable of 100dps on a moving golem because its pathing, cast times and aftercast are so terrible.

Ranger pets shouldn't have CC or deal damage and should work like one wolf pack. In return they should be untargettable and thus invincible.

You always seem to have pretty drastic opinions about game mechanics, which often tend to need a complete rework of the entire profession.

Ppl playing Holo: bUt WUt abOuT RanGeR pEt???

Because ranger mains came in and made it about passive cc and how every other class's mechanics are NOT FUN TO PLAY (except their own) when the OP wasn't even taking about passive ccs. Then they go on to defend their own main trying to justify how theirs is different and requires skill when it's actually the same thing.
