Dawdler.8521
You need to be 80 for most of that content so it doesnt really matter, just focus on doing all the zones and finishing your story. Few will run dungeons at level requirement because its much easier at 80. Fractals is basicly just dungeons on a higher level.
Naxos.2503
I recommend you simply follow your storyline quest and the mails with the golden hearts you'll receive along the way (indicating a dungeon is now right for your level). Your storyline will help structuring your progress along the dungeons. When you're done with story and dungeons, you'll likely be level 80 and ready to take on the rest of the game's challenges. Dont hesitate to refer to a mentor ingame for any more indepth help you may need (apple tag on the map)
TheAgedGnome.7520
Fractals are 'dungeons' that scale in difficulty (100 levels): You can do some world boss events at level 46. Look in LFG for World Bosses in Central Tyria, or Event Timers. Notice the zone they are in to see if its a level you can handle. Otherwise, focus on leveling and story until 80. Katelynn.6593
As others have implied. Let's not jump too far ahead. Keep things basic so you don't get overwhelmed by information overload. Just stick to completing your map for now, as the more of the map you have open, the more activities you can do.
