Why do stunbreaks not work properly when taunted?

I've noticed when I try to use stunbreaks like Judge's Intervention or Shield of Courage they don't break the taunt... It's only when I use Smite Condition to remove taunt that I can break free. Also, sometimes I notice a weird delay between breaking the taunt and being able to use skills. Am I alone here? Is this a normal experience? Bug?

Not sure what your stunbreaks are, but in my experience stunbreaks that let the player move, does not stunbreaks taunt

This has been an issue for a while and was brought up in the pvp discord but from what i know there was no mention of it being fixed or that it could not be. (im unsure on which one)

It's a bug that applies to some skills.
