Picking up on the word "slightly" there. You'd need to even more with this idea so your opponents don't get savvy. You'd go into a match knowing exactly who to target. Who is light on condi cleanse. Who has poor defense. Now youd have to read everyone's build before match because that information is powerful. Rather than just daydreaming or google some random siht. It's just making more work for everyone.

If you can see it you can copy it anyway. Maybe if you went to the trouble of creating your own build you don't want other people just copying it. Also next game your team mates are on the opposition. They have your build and know all your strengths and weaknesses.

Partly right. If the game was more popular, newbs would have other newbs to play against, instead of players with 12 months experience demolishing them. And as someone pointed out popular games do more to discourage people trolling like this. And as you pointed out imbalance doesn't help the situation at all.

What's with DCing just before the match starts? I've noticed this for a long time. I never disconnect from the internet or server during a game. It only happens before the game which is statistically unlikely to be random. I just came up with a theory that it is disconnect due to inactivity. Sometimes I'm not using skills or moving while waiting for a new game. But I don't get any warnings about that. If it is someone doing it idk how they have my isp. I play to have fun not socialize. I don't use teamspeak or join guilds. What do you reckon?

Power classes don't use long ranged weapons in melee because they aren't effective. Like you don't have a ranger standing next to you with a long bow. Yes you can go out of range but it's a slow way to fight when they have long range and shields too and you just lost the point. You have to get in close and cc-aoe-burst. But you can dodge out of range of melee weapons on point. You don't even need toughness. Condi builds sit on point with autospam scepters so you can't dodge out of range. You can't go defensive and kite or tank like you would a power build. There isn't enough condi cleanse in the game and even if you could you'd have no dps. Maybe eles idk. Only thing you can do is pressure and kill quickly or leave.. or get spammed to death.

Condi is button spam with ranged weapons. Power is a mixture of range and melee. It's much more dynamic.

It's worse than that. The matchmaker creates one team, then attempts to create a second team as best, or worst depending on availability, as possible. Rather than the sensical method you described of selecting 10 players and then creating two roughly equal teams.

I don't think most people want to play condi. When the patch came it was almost all power classes. But then it was double holo every second game so you needed condi to beat them. When the condi stops the holos come back. Its an endless loop. Just fix holo and everyone can play the class they want.

That rampant. I remember from season 2 they had about 5 alts. I now realize there is one silver lining. Time spent match fixing is time they aren't spending out stealing handbags from old ladies or similar misdeeds. At least they have a somewhat harmless outlet.
