  1. When I started playing GW back in the day, during the first weeks I was so let down by the skill effects until I realize the fact that they were that way made it a more functional game.Nowadays I still like some cool flash over the top effects madness, I mean I really dig cabal online skill effects, but every game should be - praticality > effects and not the way around.
  2. Absolutely!I remember an interview with a gw1 top player (can't recall if Ensign or someone from war machine or whatever) regarding GW2 saying this exact thing and giving Frenzy as the example. As I said in other thread, EoE would be amazingly hilarious on WvW!
  3. Have you seen the original sylvaris? They were pretty much elves. They got reworked for a reason.
  4. On the question - As long as the next weapon is a long range one I'm fine with it.
  5. I liked the djinn idea someone mentioned and I like the concept of Weave Self, so I would do some sort of attunement count, once you reach x attunement changes, you gain access to f5, f5 transforms you in a djinn based on the attunement you were in (massive damage, support, heal). Change either the conjures or signet into wards (unstrippable effects)Examples (temporary names):Ward of Taimi - while in this ward foes move 33% slower.Ward of broken dodge key - while in this ward foes are exhausted and endurance gain skills don't workWard of slow - while in this ward foes attack and cast 50% slower.Ward of no F skills - while in this ward foes can't activate F skills. Edit: For reference: https://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Ward_spell Something like that I guess.
