With the upcoming Nov 29 balance patch, in the hope of improving deadeye kneel state it have instead given a bigger nerf to compensate for a uneeded buff.

A new character i made is unable to mount skyscale. But my other characters are able to. I ask around the map and many others face same problem.

I play a lot of PvP which gave me tonnes of tomes which I spam from 20-80 then go do what I wanna do, WvW PvP etc. I haven't started raid though, but will do it once I get my full set of legendary armor. Story mode I just skip and join trains instead for hp

AT have it worse, 5 openly lazy named players in a teams afk in base for a quick 25 gold each AT. And in pvp league you'll see bots that camp near or on nodes, spam their combos when another player goes near it's range. After it finish it's combos it will stand there quietly until the skills come off cooldown. I'll be honest, these posts on bots/afk farming problems which I see a lot in the forum and reddit are useless. I have never seen an official anet employee or someone qualified comment on this issue properly. But still it's good to speak out on it but don't hope for something to change, it's been this way since long ago.

From what I hear they are a lot of new players and also many free to play players finally got the expansions this year. So to them the previous 8 years of anniversary sales meant nothing.

The 9th anniversary supply drop give you a good among of selectable mounts. For the price it's a very good choice. Still I believe it would awesome to have unlockable skins. I used to play ff14 as f2p and I'm still in it's communities even though I quit a long time ago. When I see then unlock tons cool mounts by playing for it I do feel envy sometimes and wished gw2 was like that too. But sadly gw2 isn't a subscription model mmo and so they gotta earn money somehow and so it's very very very very unlikely they'll give unlockable skins. With the situation of the current August sale (a bad replacement for the anniversary sale) I'll add another very x100 unlikely. Ps even f2p in ff14 can unlock a lot of mounts .

From what I understand it seems u misunderstood me on my first post. I never said botting/afk farm had great impact on the economy, what I clearly said was players who legally and actively farm suffers when mats prices reduces due to bottling/afk farm. People tend to forget these victims. When I say most people who defend bottling/afk farm are usually the ones who bot/afk farm, I'm speaking about almost every mmo. This I speak from experience. What can't you understand about this? Defending here means saying botting is fine cause it doesn't affect the economy etc. I understand where you stand. You are the person who is here to correct peoples false argument against bots/afk farm etc, you don't support bot but you only try to correct others and refrain from giving solutions nor improvement. You aren't defending bot/afk farm, you are here to crush the misconception. BUT you do not try to understand what someone says, you just say "you're wrong this is how it is", and ofc what you say is right but what you are correcting (in this case my comments) is not what should be corrected. Don't be narrow minded.

So since I mention just economic impact you think I'm as narrow minded to not see the other problems caused by bots/afk farming. So what are you doing if not defending afk farming if you deny discussions on dealing with botting and afk farmers who are illegally obtaining game currencies, and rather just act as someone who dismissed others opinions. Just ignore the discussion like the group 1 I mentioned. "Get a job" Is a common rebuttal by users of illegal method in obtaining game currencies. They may phrase the sentence in a different way, but the meaning is still the same. From experience from multiple mmos where I join bot/abusers group I know they will defend what they do in major discussions, forums etc. I too used to be in that group when I was in high school with no money and depended on illegally obtaining game currencies for no effort. Who in their right mind would say "I'm a cheater" when defending cheating in a discussion. Attorneys are legally required to defend their clients no matter if the evidence are heavily against them, how can you compare them to these keyboard warriors sitting in their ases at home. If you believe it's a wild irrational claim from someone with experience (even if not in gw2 where I play legally) then just ignore it. Do not be that person who just tries to discredit someone comments.

Generally speaking Might not be the case here but usually there are 3 groups in an argument about bots. First group is the majority of the population, who don't care about bots and ignore such discussions; second group are the people who speak against bots; and the third group who defend bots. Not all but most of the people who are in the third group ie the ones who defend bots are those who use it. They may deny it when call out but they'll vehemently defend botting even when they don't need to. But some of the people in third group will defect to group 1, cause they have no need to be in a lengthy discussion that will just waste time. People who defend bots saying it doesn't hurt the economy or it reduced mats cost and helping other players or it doesn't give disadvantage to other players, you forgot there are players who are legally and actively farming the mats manually suffer when prices drop. Another common defence is "get a job". They think everyone is in the same situation as themselves. Every person have their own lives which may differ greatly from yours own even by just base on which country they are from.

They didn't give an exact time nor updates on it. We just gotta wait in dark I guess. I'm sure they'll be there within 24 hours at most.

As if Anet give an F about PvP Lol. Where there are low player base they ignore, didn't even try to improve.

There are things like stun break, condition cleanse, stability, Dodge, projectile hate, block etc. These are effects given by some skills to counter other skills. Eg, when you get stun you can use stun break to get out of it. Ofc they can cc you again, since stun break only works after getting stun and only remove the stun once. You need the continuous effect "stability" to be immune to ccs until stability duration runs out. It may be frustrating but keep playing and you'll start to learn. It had steep learning curve. But if you don't wanna bother learning and just win with smashing buttons then play Necromancer(especially scourge) and guardian (trapper). Also in gw2 the tankiest classes are the light armored Necromancer XD

We weren't disqualified yet. Every member was online. We waited patiently for over an hour but the tournament never ended we still were enrolled no rewards were received. We were stuck in this limbo. We want an explanation. Compensation is requested.
