But if you want to trait Parasitic Contagion, you now lose Master of Corruption which is also a pure DPS trait like Lingering Curse... you still have to choose between DPS and sustain.

Well why not... if everything else has to be sacrified on the altar of shared boons, maybe they should be only self mechanics.. and that's the end of power creep at the same time 😀 Everyone should be happy, no ? 😉

I have almost never posted but this time, I feel I have to... As other scourges, I want to say that I am appalled by these changes and I don't care about alacrity. I also feel that Anet still wants to nerf staff mirage ; until when ? Moreover, mechanical genius is a stupid and pointless idea. You can change it as much as you want : stats, cooldown, whatever you may try, it remains à bad game mechanic...

Just one wish : if a skill or a class has to be nerfed (and there are), please do it slightly maybe in two or three steps since balance patches should occur more often now. So many play styles became useless after they got nerfed to the ground. So much frustration for those who liked them...

After four months (since early June patch and I didn't want to use the tricks for it) not being able to preview anything, it's back with this patch !!! As I thank the team for it, I must say it could have been fixed a bit faster 😉

Hi there, I have the same issue, I was worrying I was the only one to have it. I had full update before entering the game after the patch.

Same issue here since last patch. Still can't explain when and how it happens. Had that on every map, even in home instance so I don't suspect other players to trigger it.
