As a Herald Quick DPS you really reduce the usage of your most damaging ability? Yeah ok, tell me more about how its done.

And what? Those who wanna play dps are just SOL? Cause in its new state, these changes are extremely unwieldy to all heralds. Being forced to swap all the time or auto attack only. Cause even full diviners doesn't work the way you claim.

Honestly, couldn't be more disappointed in seeing this patch go live today. It's a bad balance patch that should never have gone live but to top it all off, the whole "we hear you" sounds more like a "we hear you but don't care." The lack of any transparency on this has me really bummed out and honestly, my desire to play anymore has reached its falling off point. As someone who's been playing since two weeks after launch, I just can't in good faith support this game and Anet until I see some major changes in the way they conduct themselves and how they treat us. It really sucks but I finally have to hit that Uninstall button. My only hope with this post is enough others also commit to an uninstall that Anet has no choice but to listen. I didn't want it to come to this but if they start seeing player counts dropping off due to this, maybe they will revert these changes or at the very least start listening instead of acting in our presumed best interest. Good luck to those who will remain and stand strong whoever joins me.

Moving Herald Quickness to Elevated Compassion is a terrible idea. If the goal was to move boon support off utility skills, this doesn't do that at all. And it makes Draconic Echo worthless. Additionally, the Upkeep cost of 6+ to get boons including Quickness is terrible. Forcing Quick Heralds into giving a little healing in exchange for forcing us to use our energy should not be a thing. Anyone who just wants to be a Quick DPS Herald gets screwed over by this. Flicking facets on and off for Quickness is WAY more practical and doesn't harm anything. Revert these changes please and leave Herald alone. It's in a great place right now and doesn't need any of this deconstructive attention.

Moved Herald Quickness to Elevated Compassion...terrible. Absolutely terrible. Now we get the bonus healing but Draconic Echo is worthless now and we can only grant boon duration if we have 6+ Upkeep. Flicking facets on and off for quick feels better. Hoping these changes get pulled back. Forced healing but 6+ Upkeep is going to jack up dps rotations for Heralds who just wanna do Quick DPS.

Hopefully this gets more eyes or someone knows the proper dev to tag in here. Not a major issue but would be super nice to have fixed.

The fractal portal in the Memory of Old Lion's Arch does not give you a pop up for fractals when a party member enters fractals from modern Lion's Arch. In addition to this, if you use the Old Lion's Arch fractal portal to enter the fractal lobby while party members are already in the fractal lobby, it puts you into a new lobby by yourself with no option to join the others until you go to modern LA or the Mistlock.

While wondering the Memory of Old Lion's Arch player hub, I noticed that there does not seem to be any guild bank access. In the old LA the guild banker was right there in the building with regular bank access. Please add it in.

Yikes. Sounds like a weird bug. How many players max is the public instance?

I'm well aware of the options in the total makeover kit. I'm also aware a lot of those options are just...bad. But thats not the topic for discussion here.

I saw a thread about adding tattoos to Human character customization. This is not that. I just wanted to add a topic to discuss the idea of adding tattoos to some of the future human cosmetics. There is already race specific armors outside the cultural armors so the idea of gear intended for a specific race isn't outside the realm of possibility. It would be nice to see some ideas for tattoos for humans through similar means. Be it a new pirate top that gives pirate themed tattoos on the arms or something. Something. After 10 years of main'ing humans, it would be nice to have an extra layer of customization. Charr and Asura get fur patterns Norn get tattoos Sylvari get bioluminescence And Humans are human. Not a major issue or anything but it would and an extra layer of customization to humans. I realize I named character creation attributes but that's not the point I'm trying to make. I think it would be nice to see humans get something that, in all honesty, would make perfect sense for them to have and could be altered by gear to fit the theme of the character. I would hate to suggest anything else. Not really looking to go on a rant or anything so I'll stop there. Its just an idea after all.

I second this. As someone running DOS on it, it's a bit annoying to have to swap off the Viktor side EVERY time I mount up or go down. Herald keeps track of what Facets you had on and reactivates them. Please fix.
