  1. I've lost precursor the legend. Dropped it couple around 3pm. The restore the data to 2:40pm so I didn't receive it back.Issue has been reported to support and only replies I'm receiving is copy/paste.4 times already. And they didn't even reply are they going to give it back to me or no But they will eventually. Have some patient and they will solve your problem. Its a fantastic team that made a fantastic game. They just need a little time to address everyone (although only a handful now probably remain)!

The important thing is although a minor part of the community feels it unfair (although it is just a nice gesture for some who had some problems in playing), Anet is doing a great job with their rewards and problem solving, and should now go back to focus on the living story and new expansion, which is really the most important!
  3. The important thing is that people who lost stuff in the rollback got everything back and people who suffered the log outs also received compensation. Any more than that is just unfair for people who really had some setbacks. Anet is doing and amazing and swift job dealing with problems and compensations. There is always a small number of players that will feel its unfair because they want rewards (even though they didn't loose anything) but we should really congratulate them and hope the game goes even better with the living story and expansion!

The important thing we all agree is that everyone affected by the rollback receive back their stuff so they didn't loose anything and everyone affected by the log outs yesterday also received compensation. Anything besides this would be unfair for the people really affected. They are doing an amazing job and should be encouraged!
  5. The compensation gifts work precisely as compensation! They are doing their best working, and for people that actually lost is kind of nice knowing they worry about them. For other people it would be just unfair. I understand how you feel but they have been doing an amazing job solving all these minor setbacks and making the game even greater! Congratulations on all Anet team!
  6. We can t have compensation for every small set back that happens. Its just a matter of realism. If most of players have their belongings returned we should just be happy with Anet swiftness and efficiency in dealing with this problem!

  8. Yes and everyone got their right compensation when it was rolled back! I know some people like to complain but this is a great game with little flaws! Can t be giving compensations for every little setback if we think rationally!

I wasn t demanding, I was saying that if no warning or server lockdown were made then the rollback shouldn't t happen.The moment the server lock started I stopped complaining and already apologize. Now if someone like me who looses some hours don t ask for compensation I don t really see why people who get everything back should right? The important thing is to focus on the expansion and living story and put this minor setback behind us! GW2 still stands as a great game for 8 years clearly topping GW1 and a minor setback of 3 days is nothing compared to 8 years of greatness!
  11. If everything was returned the compensation is not needed! They should focus now on the next living story and expansion again!
  12. Congratulations on your work! Again you were able to show us why GW2 stands on top! It was hard to make a game better than GW1 but it was possible!
  13. But if they restore all the players loss no compensation is needed right? Everyone should be happy with their swift response and what we all want now is to put this behind and hope their focus go again to the Living story and the new expansion instead of wasting time on compensations?
  14. Submitting Feedback is one of the best thing to do but only if it is to solve a problem or make it better. Many feedback is just toxic and isn't needed. No game or company are perfect, and they always have something to improve. But in the end, Gw2 is a great game and a great improve over GW1, with great ideas implemented like the horizontal progressions with masteries and Living story (All have problems but bring much more positive points than negative). The important thing is maintain the positive and correct what is needed. Now problems will always happen, and if they are identified, solved and explained I don t see any problem.In the end in 8 years of great work a minor setback of just 1 weekend that will probably be solved in1 or 2 days is nothing!

All and more of Cantha: Shing Monastery , Kaineng, Echovald Forest and Jade Sea (mostly water now) zones!Need much more underwater zones and content to prepare for Deep Sea Dragon!Maybe finally redesign the underwater combat get all weapons underwater and allow Spears on land with halberd variants and such! Lots of people are waiting for underwater!More raids like the Deep and Urgoz! Everyone wants this! An maybe some Dungeons, I have been missing some!More Legendaries (some Asian style ones and more design contests)At least one more race Tengu since Dwarf and Kodan don t make much sense in Cantha.One Elite again per Profession but maybe one more profession if possible! Monk and Ritualist!Many more masteries maybe a mix of mount and others. We have enough mounts for now but we need an underwater one!2 fractals at least Based on Kaineng, Echovald since we have Jade Sea one.

Anyone that doesn t use, has no warning and much less voice if they decide to rollback!Not an in game notice until the server shut down. I agree with rolling back if an in game warning was issue before. The moment it didn t its best to not rollback. Its not about mine or anyone progress.Its about what it is right!
  20. the late response never happened. in game there was no warning so unless people come here to the foruns, they could play until it went down.I know there are lots of chat people talking but there are also lots of dead maps, missions, in game houses and guilds where people could not see what happened. I lost 2h but some people could easily lost 6 or 7 until the servers shut down because there wasn t one single warning in game. Most people here don t mind because obviously the frequent the foruns. Anyone that doesn t use, has no warning and much less voice if they decide to rollback!
  21. It not about what people lose, because rollback or not people will already lose, either be it 2 days or 1 almost. But since they decided not to warn people in game, they assume the rollback won t happen, or else their image, trust and communication will take an hit.
  22. I advice everyone to ticket to prevent rollback and make the problem worst than it actually is.
  23. the server lock and in game mail were the best option and they discarded. Now they can only assume error and don t rollback unfortunately. The other option is suicide in terms of image of a company... They will just assume they can t communicate.
  24. If there are more people not using foruns then there maybe people that played for the rest of the day till the lockdown 1h ago.Because no in game notice happen! The the only solution is don t rollback unfortunately or take damage on their image, trust and communication.

There were 3 options on Anet: The 1st correct action would be warn everyone - solve problem - rollbackIf there is no warning then the only the correct action is no rollback.No warning and rollback means the worst possible outcome for Anet image and trust. It just a matter of choosing between a bad solution (no warning no rollback) and the worst (no warning and rollback) since they discarded the best solution! Also I don t mind being the only one, saying pointing the obvious. Its about Anet choosing the bad or the worst solution after not choosing the best.
