I'd also like to add, please just ask for a few things. Or if crafting something what you need to craft it. But please don't make a huge shopping list of gem store items and other stuff. I think some people are going a little overboard making a rather lengthy list of requests and sometimes including some of the most expensive things in the game. I may be wrong but I don't think that is the idea of this thread. My suggestion, one or two reasonable things you really want, or as stated if you have a crafting goal what you need to craft said item, not half the gem store (hyperbole of course) and all the fancy stuff you ever dreamed of. I don't think the intention of this thread is to work like your Amazon wish list. :) Edit: This isn't the "What's the most I think I can get from this?" thread. It's the "I ask because it is something I really want but can't get on my own or need help with," thread. Don't forget to follow this thread once you receive what you asked for (or even if you didn't) to see if you can help others out as well. You know the whole paying it forward sort of thing. That's what makes this thread work. :smile:

Finally got this on my power reaper, yeah I know.. Basically what I did was DPS for a few seconds, then run away when I saw the circle. Then dodge, dodge.. The further away you are when he sucks on your soul or whatever it is the less he gets. Then run in DPS for a few seconds, then run as far away as you can again until he does the soul sucking thing, dodge when you can. Then run back and DPS. Wash and repeat and you can do it. tl:dr DPs at start. Then run away. Create distance so the soul thing doesn't work as well if you miss a dodge or two. Wash and repeat.

There is no need to make a request if you can't think of something you want. This thread is "I really like this..." not, "I'll just ask for something generic and if I don't get it maybe I'll think of something else I want to ask for later." That isn't the nature of this thread. This thread is for people to ask for things they really want but may not have the means to get on their own. Some examples of reasonable requests are for gem store items that can be gifted and help with mats for crafting. Some people just asked for something fun or a random gift left up to the person giving (That's my personal favorite and makes giving fun). On the far end of the request limits people have even asked for legendary weapons, precursors and other items worth thousands of gold. I don't recall ever seeing those requests fulfilled but maybe the person never updated their post to state they received what they asked for. Anyway, you made your one request for black lion keys so you are locked in. As the rules state please do not edit your post to change or ask for more. I hope someone gives you a few and don't forget to update your post if your request is fulfilled. :) tl;dr There is no requirement to ask for anything if you can't think of something you want. Instead, perhaps consider giving to those that have made a request. :)Remember you only get one request. Consider your request carefully. Is it something you really want? Is it a realistic request? This I would like to ask that if you already received gifts from the old forum thread please do not request more here. Instead please consider giving back and giving gifts to those that have not had a request fulfilled yet.

IMO they should have put the mastery point near it to draw attention to the activity. Then it should be a repeatable thing for those that enjoy it so much. Like a jumping puzzle, people that love it could then do it every day they want for a jump puzzle type reward chest. As it is now, the people that enjoy it so much can only do it once. The people that hate it can do it once as well but it only seems to frustrate them. It appears to be either like it or hate it and it is odd that those that like it can only do it once while the rest may only annoyed by it. It seems since Anet put the work into making it they could at least make it so those that enjoy such games can repeat it instead of making it a mastery point that people that hate it will never do again once completed. I hated it in beta and refuse to even attempt it in live as my vote against such things when Anet reviews the numbers.

Sorry but just to clarify in case others were wondering, only if you have done the intro story on a character first. The pass was the first thing I tried when PoF launched and it gave me an error message. I had to do the intro story on one character then the pass worked on the rest.

You will have to submit a support ticket to do so. They will probably be able to help you with other concerns as well. Make sure to describe your issue in your support ticket as clearly and accurately as possible.

Did you buy it through the webstore, other authorized retailer or via the in-game store? If you bought it through the webstore you should have been emailed a game key. You will have to manually apply it to your account to activate it. You can do so by logging into the My Account page, https://account.arena.net/login ,navigate to the game content tab then there is an option to add a key. If you bought it through the in-game store (BLTC) it should have automatically been added to your account. If not you will need to submit a support ticket.

You can try buying it in-game. There is a purchase option in the gem store panel, note can't be bought with gems. Just make sure you are on the account you want the expansion applied to as purchasing in-game automatically adds it to your account. If that doesn't work you will probably need to submit a support ticket for assistance.
