This was hilarious: During a tower fight, a large Guild sent in a lone WB into a wall-downed tower that had about 20+ PUG defending. The WB ran right in and about half of the defenders or more tried to stop him but couldn't even CC him let alone kill. While the defenders were distracted the Guild ran in, killed every living thing in sight, took the tower and proceeded to /laugh along with the unscathed WB. After watching this I decided it was time for some PvE lol. 🤣 -
Why are you dead on the ground long enough to even see emotes? Open map, WP and get back into the fight ASAP.

Literally removed everything and anything that had to do with auras, not a single one of the new 'relics' has any type of aura love. Less fun for me when my entire build is based around them. At this point maybe ANet should just remove the aura mechanic completely since they keep nerfing/changing them. The whole reason I went with an aura build was because they can't be stripped/converted like boons, and it seemed to be an outlier build that no one else played, but it seems ANet regrets that? Don't know, but it's getting tiresome to constantly have to adjust my playstyle to the point where I don't even care now and haven't been playing as much. 🤷♂️

After playing for a bit and trying to come up with a decent relic to replace the +33% aura duration, I've decided that I'm going to step away from the game for a bit and wait to see if they add it back in at some point. I was still kind of sore over all the changes they made to 'Tempestuous Aria', but somewhat got over it by just switching to 'Harmonious Conduit' or 'Invigorating Torrents'. But really, both of those traits are kind of worthless in large group events as I'm usually getting a ton of vigor, regen and swiftness from other players and would much rather have the option of applying auras to 10 players. My build is about AURAS, lots and lots of AURAS. Sigh.

Pretty disappointing. They keep messing with my build that's taken many years to achieve. Sigh.

Does anyone know if there is a relic for the +33% aura duration or has it just been completely removed from the game?

Ya its pretty bad for me too. Never used to be that way a few years back and I have the exact same rig. Maybe Bezos Servers are throttling for rocket processing or it's a New World conspiracy...lol. -

ANet could just put a checkbox on the skill : check on if you want to jump to target, check off if you want to jump through. Done.

Please Revert Earthen Rush and Burning Speed

I literally have to play without selecting a target now. I run D/WH Aura build that is designed for jumping into the middle of a group and spamming shouts for weakness application and of course the immob from Earthen Rush. I also heavily rely on Earthen Rush to jump through effect fields to create more auras from combos. Now, if I have auto-target on or manually select a target I jump into the first person/mob like hitting a wall. Its dumb and I'm really disappointed in ANet right now. There was no reason for this change at all. -

Hiding in spawn when lose - ruining WvW play

It's 2:45PM EST and right now BG is dominating the maps and has SMC, there are very few MAG on. In about 2 hours MAG starts logging on and they will crush the NA time zone per usual. THIS IS 100% A POPULATION ISSUE. -

They could have easily fixed this years ago, but they won't now, nor never; It's a ten-year-old game, and WvW was only really popular for the first 5 years or so. They will not waste resources on revamping the entire system this late in the game. But here are my ideas for fixing, just for discussion: - Eliminate Server vs. Server Tier setup, but still keep things separate per time zones; NA, EU, etc. - Create 3 Alliances (or more) that anyone can join. Add a new WvW Stat Panel for GUILDS. - Use existing 4 WvW Maps; General, Desert, EOTM, EBG, but make the maps setup up like PvE cascading/overflow with option to join Public (Alliances) or Private (Guilds) similar to Raids/Strike Missions. - Within the Public (Alliances) setting allow Commander Pins but NO GROUPS. All players show up on mini/main map as 'dots'. KDR, and all other match stats apply to the ALLIANCES WVW panel. Allow better rewards than current WvW setup. - Within the Private (Guilds) setting allow all normal group functions. Players do not show up as 'dots' on mini/main map unless grouped. KDR, and all other match stats apply to the GUILD WVW panel. Allow even better rewards than Public (Alliances), and have Guild related specific rewards. This setup would allow Guilds and Casuals to have a bit of separation. Instead of 'Server Pride' it would be more 'Guild Pride' as each Guild would have a WvW stat panel they can boast (or be embarrassed, lol) about. Meanwhile the newbs and Casuals can do their thing in the Alliances setting, honing their skills to move up to the more organized Guild battles. None of this will happen though, and all we can really hope for is Guild Wars 3. Happy New Year! -
Maguuma is just the end result of a poorly designed server vs. server setup that that allows for transfers. It was pretty obvious this is how it would end up, no sense complaining now. Just bite the bullet and spend that money to transfer on over to the HIGHLANDER server yourself McCloud......THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE.
