Cynder.2509
It's because the game is being forced into windowed fullscreen even when the settings say fullscreen. Having the same issue here
notebene.3190
I have DX11 enabled for testing, and am running "Windowed Fullscreen" (as I always run) and I can Win-Tab and Alt-Tab without issue?
Kebabpower.2967
I have the Alt-tab issue as well with DX11 enabled, but only when running in Full Screen. Changing it to Windowed Fullscreen works like you said. I am able to fully go to Desktop with Windows+D though when in Full Screen mode.

What I mean is you get taskbar and you can open W explorer and access all desktop files, shortcuts, etc that way as well as any applications via start or task bar. I kinda like it personally.
