Kick dmg?

Hello,

 

I was in EB and a warrior hit me with Kick for 8.7k dmg. My armour was 2543 at that time. Wasn't that skill's multiplier 0.01 in competitive? Is this change only for PvP?

That is indeed supposed to do 0.01 damage ATM in competitive play. So it is a bug. Go report it in the bug section.

 

Also I will be trying to replicate this bug purely for testing purposes 😇

There's two Kick skills (well, actually five)—

1. Kick utility skill: dmg 3 / coeff 0.01 in WvW/PvP

2. Kick RAMPAGE SKILL: dm3 / coeff 0.01 only in PvP

Yep it's the soulbeast goat merged kick. Fcking Soulbeast get to have all the damage.

No, it is the Soulbeast Gazelle merged form Kick, which is not a CC and is a soulbeast skill, so is therefore allowed to do kitten tons of damage.
